2.What is the typical turnaround time for alterations?

We strive to complete all types of alterations within five business days. For those needing expedited service, we offer same-day and next-day premium options at an additional charge of 50% for same-day service and 25% for next-day service, based on the total alteration cost.


3.What if the service I need isn’t listed in your price list?

If the service you require is not listed in our price list, we may need to see the item in person to provide an accurate quotation. Please bring the item to our store for an assessment.


4.Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Appointments are not necessary. We operate on a walk-in basis, so you may visit us at your convenience during our business hours.


5.What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

No, we do not impose any hidden charges. There is no fee for measurements, fittings, or reception of your items. The price you are quoted covers all necessary services unless additional work is requested.


10.What is your Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?

We are committed to ensuring that every garment meets our high standards of quality before it leaves our premises. We strongly recommend that customers try on their garments before collection to confirm the fit. If this is not possible and the garment does not fit as expected after collection, we will gladly make the necessary adjustments. There will be no additional charge for the same work; however, if further alterations are required beyond the original scope, an extra charge may apply.


11.What is your cancellation policy?

There is no charge for cancellations if the work has not yet commenced. However, if work has already begun or is completed, a fee may be charged to cover the services rendered.
