The standard turnaround time is five business days. We also offer premium express services:​

  • Same-Day Service: An additional charge of 50% of the total alteration cost.

 

3. What if the service I need isn’t listed in your price list?

If a service is not listed, please bring the item into our store. We will need to see it in person to provide an accurate quotation.

 

4. Do I need to schedule an appointment?

No, appointments are not necessary. We operate on a walk-in basis during our business hours.

 

5. What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

We are committed to high-quality work and recommend that you try on your garments before leaving the store. If an item does not fit as expected after you've taken it home, we will gladly make the necessary adjustments to the original work at no extra charge. Any alterations beyond the original scope may incur an additional fee.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

There is no charge if you cancel before work has started. If work has already begun or is completed, a fee may be charged to cover the services rendered.
